The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom and bed were excellent. The location near Termini train station was convenient. Cristina was a cute and responsive host. There were separate keys for added security. The daily room cleaning and replenishment of amenities was appreciated. Good restaurants nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The host, Cristina, was extremely welcoming and provided us with valuable information and advice for our sightseeing. The room was very nice, with a comfortable bed and modern ensuite. The hotel was beautifully decorated with unique antique furniture, paintings, and books. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and bus tours. The hotel also offered a 10 am check-in, which was a huge convenience for us after our early morning flight.

The central location meant that we were within walking distance of the metro, hop on hop off stop, supermarket, and various attractions. The help-yourself breakfast was more than adequate. The only minor drawback was the water pressure in the shower, but everything else was great. I highly recommend this hotel.
